At L’Avéron, we want you to receive your order in the condition and quality you expect. Because our products may be made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the issue. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition where a return is approved. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping arrangements will depend on the nature of the issue and will be communicated to the customer after review.
